Payment Rules and Procedures at the Planeta Hotel
Accommodation fees are charged in accordance with the current price list in Russian currency.
Cashless payments are due three days prior to arrival.
Accommodation fees are charged according to a single checkout time – 12:00 PM local time.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM.
For check-in before checkout (12:00 AM to 12:00 PM), half of the room rate will be charged.
Cash Payment
Payment for your reserved room in cash is made directly at the reception desk by handing the funds to the receptionist.
Payment by Bank Card
To pay for your room or hotel services by bank card, click the "Pay by Bank Card" button on the relevant page. Payment is processed through SBERBANK using bank cards from the following payment systems:
To make a payment (enter your card details), you will be redirected to SBERBANK's payment gateway. The connection to the payment gateway and the transfer of information are secure using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports secure online payment technologies such as Verified By Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, MIR Accept, or J-Secure, you may also be required to enter a special password to complete the payment.
This website supports 256-bit encryption. SBERBANK ensures the confidentiality of your personal information. The information you enter will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by Russian law. Payments by bank card are processed in strict accordance with the requirements of the MIR, Visa Int., MasterCard Europe Sprl, and JCB payment systems.
Refunds of previously deposited funds.
The refund period for canceled room reservations or early departures is 30 days from the date of cancellation or early departure.
Refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5-30 business days (the timeframe depends on the bank that issued your bank card).
In the event of a guest's late check-out, the room rate will be charged as follows:
- From 6 to 12 hours after check-out time: half a day's fee;
- From 12 to 24 hours after check-out time: a full day's fee.
For stays of no more than 24 hours, a full day's fee is charged, regardless of the check-out time. For extended stays, the check-out time is 12:00 p.m., regardless of the check-in time.
If a guest arrives later than the booked check-in time or fails to show up, the room rate for the day of arrival will be charged as a full day, according to the current price list.
The hotel is obligated to provide the following services to guests at no additional charge:
- Ambulance call;
- Use of a first aid kit;
- Room Service - room service for groceries, cafeteria meals, correspondence, etc., upon guest request (+20% service charge);
- Wake-up call;
- Provision of boiling water, needles, and thread (one set).
Planeta Hotel Accommodation Rules
in accordance with Russian Government Resolution No. 1853 of November 18, 2020 (effective January 1, 2021)
1. Accommodation is confirmed upon presentation of:
1.1. A Russian Federation citizen's passport within the Russian Federation;
1.2. A USSR passport certifying the identity of a Russian citizen;
1.3. Birth certificates – for persons under 14 years of age, accompanied by their parents or persons with notarized consent to accompany minors;
1.4. Passports of a citizen of the Russian Federation certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, for persons permanently residing outside the Russian Federation;
1.5. Temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
1.6. Passport of a foreign citizen;
1.7. Other document established by federal law or recognized in accordance with an international treaty of the Russian Federation as an identity document of a stateless person;
1.8. Temporary residence permit for a stateless person;
1.9. Residence permit for a stateless person;
2. By making a reservation on the hotel-planeta.ru website, the website visitor (service user) agrees to the rules for the processing and storage of personal data in accordance with Russian legislation.
3. The hotel does not provide hourly leisure services.
4. Guests must pay for their stay at least one day in advance before checking in. A receipt and final bill for the stay will be issued upon check-out.
5. The standard check-out time at the hotel is 12:00 PM. Check-in is at 2:00 PM, check-out is at 12:00 PM.
6. For extended stays from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, a fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate will be charged.
7. For extended stays from 12:00 AM onwards, a fee equal to 50% of the daily room rate will be charged.
8. Subject to early check-in, guaranteed and non-guaranteed booking from 00-00 to check-out time and for no more than one day, a payment equal to 100% of the room price is charged, and a full package of services included in the room price is provided;
9. For early check-in from 00-00 and staying in a room for more than one day, a payment equal to 50% of the room rate will be charged.
10. At the request of residents and with the consent of the administration, Visitors are allowed to stay in the Guest's room from 8:00 to 23:00 upon presentation of an identification document.
11. With the permission of the Administrator, in the event of a Visitor’s delay in the Guest’s room after 23:00 or the registered Guests inviting unauthorized persons to the hotel at night (from 23:00 to 8:00), these persons must be registered “for sharing” in the Guest’s room or in a separate room. Payment for their accommodation must be made in accordance with the Price List.
12. All hotel property is an inalienable property and has the cost indicated in the Price List for property damage dated December 10, 2020. “In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the consumer compensates for damage in the event of loss or damage to hotel property.” To avoid misunderstandings, if malfunctions or breakdowns are detected, you should immediately inform the administrator. We kindly ask you not to consider the equipment of the room stock as souvenirs and presents.
13. The room is cleaned daily. If you wish not to be disturbed or require additional cleaning, please post a warning flag.
14. Please hand over your room keys every time you leave the hotel.
15. To receive room keys, please present your guest card.
16. For children under 7 years old without the provision of an extra bed, accommodation in rooms is free, breakfast is paid additionally.
17. For children under 7 years old with the provision of an extra bed, a payment of 1000 rubles is charged, breakfast is paid additionally.
18. Accommodation with pets in the hotel is allowed only by agreement of the parties and the presence of a veterinary passport of the animal.
19. Smoking is prohibited in rooms and throughout the hotel.
20. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation if the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
21. Rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed every three days.
22. Change of towels once every two days or upon request.
23. The hotel administration is not responsible for money, documents and valuables left in the rooms. To avoid a conflict situation, we kindly ask you to use the services of the safe located at the administrator.
Hotel check-in
From March 1, 2026, you can register at the hotel using one of the following documents:
— passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
— Russian foreign passport;
- passport of a citizen of the USSR until replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of the Russian Federation;
— temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- identification card of a military personnel - during periods of mobilization, martial law and in wartime;
- Russian driver's license.
Fire safety rules
Dear guests, we ask you to comply with the following fire safety rules:
• When leaving your room, do not forget to turn off the TV, kettle, and lighting lamps.
• We remind you that it is dangerous to cover switched on electrical appliances with objects made of flammable materials.
• It is prohibited to bring or store flammable substances and materials in the room.
• We remind you: smoking in the hotel is strictly prohibited (including hookah and electronic cigarettes). This is extremely harmful and life-threatening!
In case of fire in your room:
• Immediately report the incident by dialing 112 or 911 from your mobile phone, or from MEGAFON - 010, from TELE2 - 010, from BeeLine - 001, from MTS - 012, as well as by internal phone to the administrator by dialing 1000.
• If it is not possible to eliminate the source of fire on your own, leave the room and close the door without locking it.
• Be sure to report the fire to the administration representative.
• Leave the danger zone and act as directed by the administration or fire department.
In case of fire outside your room:
• Immediately report the incident to the fire department (tel. above).
• Leave your room after closing the windows, doors, and exiting the building.
• If the corridors and staircases are heavily smoky and it is not possible to leave the room, you must stay in your room with the windows wide open. A closed and well-sealed door will help protect you from dangerous temperatures for a long time. To avoid smoke inhalation, cover cracks and vents with water-soaked towels and bedding.
• Report your location to the hotel administration.
